Project Manager Innovation Development (m/f/d)

As project manager:in you take the lead of an interdisciplinary project team and control the entire product development process for innovative power tools. In doing so, you are responsible for complex development projects and meet independent decisions in a challenging technical environment. At the same time, you develop existing platforms and combine efficient implementation with high quality and pioneering innovative strength. Responsibility for cross-departmental development projects along the entire production process to market launch Ensuring project achievement in terms of quality, product maturity, costs and dates Management and technical control of interdisciplinary project teams and support at operational and strategic level Targeted stakeholder management with internal and external partners (e.g. suppliers, service providers) Control of several parallel projects and prioritization of resources in a dynamic environment Creation and presentation of project status reports as well as sound decision templates in relevant bodies

Graduate degree in engineering, business or similar courses Insufficient experience in project management in product development Funded knowledge of serial processes as well as experience with Stage-Gate/PEP processes and series production High entrepreneurial spirit and passion for innovative products and successful cooperation Ability to manage complex technical projects in a structured manner, make informed decisions and to safely guide teams in challenging situations Enforceability and competence to target different stakeholders on common results German and English language skills in word and writing
