First contact point for customers, business partners and internal contact persons Conception and implementation of sales-promoting measures in coordination with the sales team Planning, organisation and preparation of internal and external events, trade fairs, conferences and travel Coordination of incoming calls via the telephone center Administrative and general office tasks including the design and dispatch of advertising materials, events for employees, etc.

Multiannual, relevant professional experience in a comparable commercial or organic position Discretion, reliability and proactive operation Excellent organizational skills and initiative Very good communication skills in German Secure handling of MS Office and common tools
