in full time or part-time at the next time. Our CURA SeniorenCentrum Klingenthal (in 08248 Klingenthal) is located directly on the Czech border in Vogtland over the roofs of the city in a quiet residential area. Here we take care of our 110 people in need of care in four living areas. Your tasks:

as QM representative: you are responsible for the planning, monitoring and further development of the quality management instruments of our institution you accompany the introduction and maintenance of all quality documents and the continuous expert documentation of the measures Advice and guidance of our employees:in dealing with procedural, service and work instructions Your tasks include preparation and follow-up as well as external and internal quality checks you participate in the implementation of quality objectives for 20 hours a week, you take over the tasks of a care professional

We offer:

salary: from 3,800 EUR gross/month* for full-time

Supplement in your function as QMB: 300 EUR gross/month for full-time

Your profile:

completed 3-year training in health care and nursing Health care and care for children or nursing or a relevant completed study in the field of health or social care high social competence, personal commitment and reliability Ability to work together hand in hand with all areas of the facility
