Junior Planner / Architect Digital Construction \u2012 Modular Planning (m/f/d)

In the course of modular planning for highly complex EPCM projects, we are looking for you and your enthusiasm for the areas of modular planning, space management, digitalization and system integration. Cooperation in the planning and development of modular building and surface concepts for demanding industrial and life science projects Support in the creation of building towers, planning standards as well as modular system and construction modules Analysis of user and project requirements and participation in the development of space and function programs Creation, maintenance and further development of digital planning documents and BIM-based building models Working with the implementation and further development of digital planning processes, BIM methods and modular planning systems Close cooperation with interdisciplinary planning teams as well as participation in innovative solutions for digitalization, industrialization and modularization in the building industry

Successfully completed studies of architecture, civil engineering, building technology or a comparable discipline First practical experience through internships, student work activities or first professional experience in the field of planning, BIM or construction project management are of advantage Interest in modular planning approaches, digitization, BIM and innovative methods in industrial and plant engineering First knowledge of Autodesk Revit, MicroStation, Vectorworks or comparable planning tools are desirable Structured and analytical thinking as well as joy in cooperation in interdisciplinary teams Very good knowledge of German and good English as well as readiness for occasional project-related travels
