You work in a nursery (crib, kindergarten or integrative kita) of the BRK You accompany children in their social, emotional and personal development You support the promotion of participation, equal opportunities and social learning You are involved in observation, documentation and social pedagogical case work You work closely with educational professionals, parents and, if necessary, external specialist services You get insights into parental work, network work and conceptual tasks of social work in the Kita area
