Creation and control of picklists according to defined parameters Coordination of picking processes with team leaders Ensuring timely in-, out- and relocations according to customer requirements (e.g. KPIs, SLAs) Monitoring and optimization of quality and performance indicators Continuous monitoring of operations Proactive communication with internal areas and customers Processing of customer requests and case management for deviations Close coordination with shipping and adjacent departments Support for other areas as required (e.g. inventory) Takeover of special tasks as well as shift and Saturday work

Completed commercial training At least 2 years of experience in logistics and material flow Safe handling of goods management systems and O365 Good English knowledge of word and writing Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation High readiness, flexibility and loadability Teamability and strong communication strength Responsibility and quality orientation
