Your tasks Coordination of inventory teams (25-100 employees) and the planning and objectives of the inventory Management and Control of Team Leaders Determining the need for accommodation and vehicles abroad Personal planning and operational control as the focus of your activity Ensuring the implementation of customer requirements Organisation and implementation of employee training Central contact person for the inventory team as well as organisation and leadership of employees Part of the inventory projects (approximately 15%) take place at night

Your profile Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Very good German language skills in word and writing and Hungarian as a native language (basic requirement) Experience in a leadership position Self-working and strong organisational skills High readiness: In the inventory season (January-April, August-December) you spend approx. 60% of your working time on projects in Germany or other European countries Strong customer orientation: You successfully implement customer wishes together with your team

Remarkable Further foreign language skills in addition to German for projects in other European countries Experience in a comparable position
