The role is responsible for central Microsoft Cloud Services, identity management, client management and IT service management across groups and supports the digital working world of the Doppelmayr Group worldwide. Leadership, development and coaching of an international team Responsibility for operation and further development of Microsoft 365 backend Hybrid Infrastructure Control for Active Directory, Entra ID and Exchange Responsibility for Global End Point Management with Intune and Modern Workplace Services Development of Global IT Support, IT Service Management and Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Planning and control of budgets, roadmaps and strategic initiatives Head of complex infrastructure and transformation projects Professional stakeholder management globally Ensuring efficient, transparent and service-oriented cooperation worldwide

Multiannual, detectable leadership experience in an international IT environment Strong leadership qualities as well as experience in developing powerful teams Impressed communication skills, planning skills and the ability to manage complex topics structured and binding Excellent communication skills across all hierarchical levels as well as very strong competences in stakeholder management Funded knowledge of Microsoft 365 backend technologies, especially Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and Exchange Online and Exchange Hybrid Very good knowledge of modern client management, especially Microsoft Intune, Windows End Point Management and Microsoft Autopilot Knowledge of IT Service Management based on ITIL Experience with software distribution and asset management, ideally with Matrix42
