We have a place for you!Become part of the team in CM-CAS TM as: Technischer Leiter im Cano Singen (m/f/d) Your tasks: You are responsible for a smooth operation at the Cano Singen Shopping Center (CAS) and perform a dedicated team of technical staff. In addition, you plan and tax budgets, maintenance and construction measures as well as commission work and keep an overview. Compliance with the home order is also your responsibility. You care for close, trusting relationships with tenants, authorities and foreign companies. As a central contact person for all technical topics, you represent the Center Manager in its absence. In addition, you are responsible for the safety of the shopping center in your function as a fire protection officer. Your profile: You have a degree in facility or real estate management or Economic engineering successfully completed or alternatively masters with appropriate qualifications. In addition, you will bring at least three years of professional experience in facility management, preferably in retail. Ideally, you have also completed further training in technical areas such as monitoring systems, control and control technology or fire alarm systems.
