Team Lead Production (Content) (m/f/d)

Making knowledge visible, exhilarable and effective – this is your passion? Then take over the management of the production team in the Knowledge Management department. Design your knowledge, leadership and enthusiasm for modern learning formats to prevent the future of knowledge and learning at BG. In your area of responsibility, what people are moving: digital learning content, e-learnings, presentations, podcasts, knowledge modules, posters and much more – professionally implemented, visually appealing and technically perfectly prepared. You work closely with the coordination and LMS teams as well as with the specialist departments and actively shape knowledge and learning at BG. Team Building & Leadership: You build a new team responsible for the technical creation and production of learning and knowledge content. You guide your team competently and with a clear look for quality, cooperation and development Coordination & Cooperation: You work closely with the Team Order Declaration & Coordination (didactic and methodical order clarification) and the Team LMS (provision and distribution). Together, it ensures smooth processes and a uniform understanding of knowledge management Content production: You control and coordinate the implementation of diverse formats – from digital learning journeys, e-learnings and knowledge modules to PowerPoint presentations, to podcasts and information posters for our health centres. You are also taxing the appropriate agencies that you have previously selected in a process that are suitable to achieve the ambitious goals of the team Technical Responsibility: You ensure that all content is produced technically impeccable, brand-compliant and target-group-oriented. For efficient workflows and smooth collaboration with other teams Process & Quality Management: You develop standards, templates and processes for content production and ensure continuous improvement of production processes Basic understanding in the field: As a team leader, you are part of the Knowledge Management department, which together with the Brand & Communication department forms the area of Knowledge & Communication. You are actively contributing to the fact that cooperation, exchange and mutual support within the field are of course

You have experience in content production, such as e-learning, media design, audiovisual formats and presentation design You bring leadership experience and guide your new team structured and targeted You have a good technical understanding – from author tools to graphic software to multimedia and learning platforms You work reliably, solution-oriented and with high quality standards – and always remain open, curious and collegial You communicate clearly and valuefully, have joy in interdisciplinary cooperation and live our brand values: competent in implementation, personal in communication and powerful in the result A completed study or comparable qualification in the field of media design, communication, design, e-learning or technology complete your profile
