For demanding construction projects, we are looking for a structured, communication-strong and solution-oriented personality as a project taxer construction (m/w/d). In this function, you play a central role in the successful planning, control and realization of our projects – from the first project idea to the handover to our customers. You provide transparency in costs, dates and quality, coordinate different project participants and provide the basis for a reliable project implementation.

Control and coordination of demanding construction projects across all phases of the project Takeover of tasks of the project organisation, timing, cost, quality and risk management Development, updating and monitoring of project schedules and ensuring a transparent project control Participation in cost planning, cost tracking, budget management and forecasting Preparation, implementation and preparation of project and planning meetings Technical clarification and follow-up of open points in coordination with internal departments and external project participants Coordination and control of internal departments and external partners Monitoring compliance with quality, contract and safety requirements Identification of project risks, development of appropriate countermeasures and escalation Creating meaningful status reports and decision templates for clients, project management and other stakeholders Support for tendering, procurement and follow-up processes Coordination of the project completion phase, including acceptances, traceability of residual points, documentation and handover to the client Ensuring a partnership, binding and solution-oriented cooperation of all project participants

Complete study in the field of civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering with a focus on construction or technical training, e.g. civil engineering technicians/masters, with corresponding project practice Experience in cooperation with local or public authorities, planning offices and specialist planners is advantageous Multiannual professional experience in project management, project management, construction management or technical project management, including candidates from the 2nd.
