Senior SAP Project Manager (m/f/d)

You conduct strategic, interdisciplinary IT projects and programs in the SAP environment that are part of TEAG's digital transformation. You carry out IT projects with the usual project management methods (agil and waterfall) and ensure that all phases run smoothly – from the preliminary study to the introduction. In doing so, you are crucial to achieving the defined project goals and develop independent measures to achieve them. The management of internal and external project resources in a complex environment as well as active stakeholder management and communication with all stakeholders are also part of your responsibility to ensure that the project progresses successfully. You will develop proposals for IT solutions and platform architectures that meet the business requirements. You accompany change processes in the context of change management and support the specialist areas in the creation of load and obligation specifications. In cooperation with the purchase, you conduct negotiations with external service providers and ensure optimal performance. You are responsible for regular project reporting by keeping track of completion, budget, effort, risks and milestones.

You have a Master/Diplom in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable discipline. You bring extensive experience in managing complex IT projects in the SAP environment, both in classic and agile methods. You have already successfully developed cooperation with specialist departments and IT service providers. As an IT generalist, you have a broad understanding of the subject. Your analytical skills and your conceptual understanding help you quickly identify and implement solutions. You speak excellent German (at least language level C1). You think entrepreneurial and are targeted. You are strong in communication and can work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels. You work independently and bring a structured, targeted way of working.
