Your tasks At LivEye we ensure that people, objects and values are protected around the clock. Our emergency call and service services are at the heart of our work: Here we evaluate, decide and trade – fast, reliable and according to the highest standards. For our location in Willich we are looking for an experienced leader who is responsible for our two leading positions in Willich and Föhren. You run a team of around 19 employees, ensure smooth operation and continuously develop our processes and standards.

You develop digital and efficient processes and establish uniform processes throughout the control center operation. You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of about 19 employees. You are responsible for personnel planning and support the development of your team. You coordinate and manage the deployment planning according to the legal and contractual requirements. You ensure the quality of the operational business processes and continuously develop our quality processes. You're planning the budget and making sure it's true.

Completed vocational training, preferably as a master or specialist for protection and safety, with further training for the VdS-tested leading NSL expert Experience in an emergency call and service center Multiannual professional experience in a senior activity with personnel responsibility High social competence in dealing with customers, business partners and colleagues A structured, reliable, independent and efficient operation Experience in creating schedules German language skills and excellent English skills Good computer skills and technical understanding

Compulsory qualifications

As a provider of security services, we require a perfect management certificate Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing
