MVZ Nephrocare Mettmann GmbH supplies around 300 dialysis and aperitia patients at four locations in Mettmann, Velbert, Hilden and Haan. In addition to the outpatient care, acute stationary treatments can also be carried out by the hospital connection at three of our sites. This makes our MVZ one of the largest nephrological centers in Germany. With an associated diabetological focus, as well as an ambulance for patients with chronic kidney disease, we offer a wide range of medical and comprehensive nephrological care. Heading and organisation of our internships Responsibility for accounting and ensuring correct accounting according to KV regulations in outpatient care as well as in extracorporeal procedures such as dialysis and aperitif Professional and organisational leadership, guidance and further development of the practical team Participation in efficient personnel planning as well as a need- and employee-oriented service plan Analysis, optimization and further development of practical, efficient and future-oriented processes Implementation and safeguarding applicable hygiene and quality standards in the outpatient clinics Promoting a service- and patient-oriented working environment as well as a valuable and motivating leadership culture Close cooperation with the nursing service, the medical management and our interdisciplinary treatment team Active participation in the strategic and organisational development of the Medical Care Centre

(m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Ideally a training in practical management as well as first or multi-year leadership experience Knowledge and practical experience in the general medical, internalist or nephrological field as well as in the practical organization Good knowledge and practical experience in billing according to KV regulations Embossed organisational skills, sense of responsibility and a structured way of working Convincing leadership and communication skills Pleasure of collegial, appreciation and interdisciplinary cooperation
