Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Dresden In the role of Advanced Expert Reliability Engineering (w/m/div) in the ASIC integration in the automotive environment, you take over the overall technical responsibility for securing the long-term reliability of quality-critical semiconductor products over the entire life cycle. You act as a technical lead at the interface of ASIC design, semiconductor technology, packaging, qualification as well as automotive applications and customer requirements. You evaluate targeted process improvements and production-relevant process deviations on reliability risks, quantify known failure mechanisms across technologies and recognize new failure models early. In addition, you define concepts for continuous control of the reliability criteria and are able to replicate and validate externally created acceleration models. In addition, you influence architecture and layout decisions and set limits for reliability requirements in cooperation with the design and specialized specialist departments of the BOSCH Group. You independently create Confidence reviews, compare downtime models and answer release/stop decisions. In your function, you can build on an extensive network in the community of reliability experts.

Training: successfully completed technical university studies in the field of electrical engineering, electronics, microtechnology, physics, chemistry or comparable discipline Experiences and know-how: long-term industrial experience in the fields of device engineering, reliability of semiconductor components, semiconductor manufacturing and technology integration, versed in experimental planning and implementation, professional leadership experience is a plus Personality: independent, high level of communication and enforcement strength, high self-motivation, excellent presentation skills Working methods: very good organizational and problem-solving capacity and strong quality awareness Languages: knowledge of German and English
