Management: You take the lead and responsibility for a group of 10 employees at the Wiesbaden site. You are responsible, together with their employees, for the personal economic support of the external sales service in the Hessen, Thuringia and Rheinland-Pfalz department, in particular the sales director S2. Advise and support: you advise and support our executives in the organising external services in matters of employment law and implement the resulting measures together with your employees. Ensure compensation: Together with your employees, you will ensure that our external sales service is fully compensated for and that its sales activities are valued. To make communication: you take active communication and coordination with our stakeholders. You accompany change processes and work in projects, working groups and other strategic, central topics.

You have completed a degree in business or legal studies or completed training, which you have completed with relevant additional qualifications. Develop leadership skills: You have ideally already gained experience in the management of staff or have a high potential for leadership. Promote employees: You have the pleasure of developing employees and want to promote their potential. Experience: You provide ideally multiannual professional experience in the insurance industry, preferably in the field of human resources, as well as knowledge in project and process management.
