Participation in costing, tendering and awarding of domestic services Creation of performance directories (LP6) for HLS works Support of construction managers:in the HLS area Participation as a building manager:in consultation with project management and exporting companies Support of contracting entities in the award (LP7) and technical advice Creation of decision templates and construction schedules Monitoring of execution, quality and appointments of construction partners Testing of dimensions and processing of invoices and supplements Ensuring compliance with guidelines and DIN standards Preparation of acceptances/in operation and control of deficiencies
Completed studies or technical training (master/technician) in the field of HLS Multiannual professional experience (min. 5 years) Very good VOB knowledge Knowledge of fire/sound protection and measurement and control technology Professional handling of MS Office and specialist software (e.g. Dendrit, Viptool), ideally with tender and CAD software (e.g. ORCA, AutoCAD) Safe occurrence, enforcement, good negotiation skills and high sense of responsibility Joy in team work as well as strong communication and cooperation readiness Ability to resist stress and make informed decisions
