Data Protection and IT Law Officer (m/f/d)

You advise universities and the HSZ-BW on data protection and IT law issues You work closely with the data protection officers and data protection officers of universities and the HSZ-BW, in particular through the collection and evaluation of current legal and legislative changes You examine contracts under public and civil contract law (e.g. third-party contracts, cooperation agreements, contract research, debt contracts) You create high-level guidelines, sample templates, checklists and sample texts You conduct events and training You are an active part of working groups and other bodies

You have a degree in law or comparable qualification You have extensive knowledge of data protection, IT law and university law You like to work in the team, are communication and are happy to work in complex situations You convince by a safe occurrence, a structured way of working and independent work Very good German in word and writing complete your profile
