As Head of Technical Building Management Nord-Ost / Operations Manager TGM (m/w/d) in the Facility Services segment, you are responsible for the strategic planning and further development of the Technical Building Management / Facility Management segment (TGM/FM). They are a permanent member of national expert teams and contribute to the further development of the TGM segment. In this function you take over the management of your area TGM for the region North and East Germany. As Operations Manager TGM (m/w/d), you are responsible for your region. You can choose one of the locations mentioned above from the Nord-Ost region. A company car is provided for this leadership position, which you can also use privately.

• Customer Care and Care: Increased Customer Satisfaction and Generation of Revenue and Yield for the Facility Management Segment

• Project execution: Ensuring the receivable execution of projects and contracts in the Facility Management area, taking into account cost and time requirements

• Regulatory compliance: compliance with regulations and guidelines on health and safety, compliance, data protection, quality management and environmental protection

• Capacity utilisation/ employee management: optimisation of the utilisation and leadership of employees to ensure the economic success in your region

• Process improvement: Development of measures for continuous improvement of processes, systems and performance indicators (e.g. standardized processes, digitization, KPIs)

• Budget planning: Planning and creation of the short and medium-term budget for your segment in line with your supervisor and sales

• Reporting: Creating meaningful reports on the status and progress of projects, orders, order margins, sales and production costs

• Complete study in the field of energy and environmental technology, building or utility technology, facility management or a comparable study programme with a focus on energy technology. Alternatively, a further development to the technician/master in one of the mentioned areas.

• Multiannual professional experience in facility management / TGM / technical FM

• Experience in managing, controlling and developing employees

• Very good knowledge of German and English

• Communication strength, enforcement capacity and a solution-oriented operation

• Class B licence and regional readiness to travel to our locations in the North and East Germany region.
