Professional leadership and motivation of a team of about 10 employees in financial and accounting Ensuring proper accounting according to HGB Processing and accounting of all current transactions in debitor, creditor and property accounts Coordination of open positions and management of guarantees Creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Cooperation with the tax consultant, auditor and other external service providers Preparation of evaluations, reports and analyses

Completed commercial training Continuing training on the account book holder (IHK) or alternatively sound professional experience in accounting Multiannual professional experience in financial and accounting, ideally with first leadership responsibility Existing experience in the construction and real estate industry desirable Secure handling of MS-Office and common accounting programs Structured, responsible and solution-oriented mode of operation Team spirit, communication strength and leadership skills
