KG from Furtwangen in the Black Forest develops, manufactures and sells worldwide marking devices, hand stamps, precision parts and document scanners. We are looking for a full-time location in Furtwangen in the Black Forest Process Engineer / Product Engineer Product Development (m/w/d) in the field of metal and plastic parts (process engineer, plastic technology) At REINER we are looking for a dedicated personality that optimises our existing processes and the introduction of new parts and assemblies into the series. As a process engineer (m/w/d), you coordinate the introduction of new projects and technologies into production, analyze and optimize existing processes in the field of metal and plastic parts and, together with technology and production, ensure the integration of modern tools and machines.

You take over the coordination and introduction of new projects into production Analysis, optimization and standardization of production processes in the metal and plastic parts sector Introduction of new technologies, tools and machines in cooperation with technology and production Development and implementation of measures to reduce waste and downtime Participation in the introduction of Lean methods (5S, CVP, SMED, OEE etc.) Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and work instructions Close cooperation with the areas of construction, quality assurance and maintenance You are reporting directly to the management department of precision technology

Complete study in the field of mechanical engineering, production technology, plastics technology or comparable (e.g. further education for technicians with relevant experience) Experience in industrial production, ideally with metal and/or plastic processing (e.g. CNC, injection moulding) Knowledge of Lean Production, Process Optimization and Manufacturing Planning Safe handling of CAD software and ERP systems (e.g. SAP) Analytical Thinking Power, Structured Operation and Team Skill
