Your tasks:

• Promoting digitalization: You advise our staff areas on IT processes around talent management and entry programs
• Bringing in your own ideas: you analyze processes and design the optimization of applications within our Solution Driven organization
• Take responsibility: You will get your own topics from the start and can make directional decisions
• Live exchange: You coordinate the implementation of projects in cooperation with specialist departments, development teams and external service providers

Your qualifications:

• You best have a certification in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals
• You have optimally additional certifications in another SAP SuccessFactors module, preferably in Succession & Development (new: Career & Talent Development) or in-depth cross-module knowledge in the SAP SuccessFactors Suite
• You bring a deep IT confession and are open to new technologies
• You have already gained extensive project and consulting experience in implementation projects in large organizations
• Your communication skills and your hand-on mentality make your everyday work easier
• You communicate directly and to the point, in German and English
• It is easy for you to structure topics independently and to advise colleagues
