We are looking for a dedicated and experienced industrial mechanic (m/w/d) to support the team in the maintenance, maintenance and optimization of production facilities.

Tasks

Maintenance and maintenance: independent maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment to ensure trouble-free production.

Assembly and dismantling: installation of mechanical components, machinery and plant parts as well as their dismantling during maintenance and repair measures.

Error diagnosis: analysis of mechanical disorders and their causes as well as the detection of measures for troubleshooting and improvement of plant performance.

Optimization: cooperation in optimizing production processes and plants to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.

Documentation: Leading maintenance and maintenance protocols as well as documentation of repairs and changes to machinery and equipment.

Safety and environmental requirements: ensuring compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards in all work.

Requirements profile

Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Professional experience in mechanical maintenance, ideally in the chemical or industrial environment

Knowledge of the assembly, commissioning and maintenance of machinery and equipment

Experience in fault diagnosis and repair of mechanical systems

Understanding technical drawings and documentation

Teamability, independent working and responsibility

readiness for shiftwork and, if necessary, readiness to call
