Equipment & Spare Parts Referent Logistic - temporary contract (m/f/d)

We are looking for

Location: Nürtingen (near Stuttgart) Working time: part-time, 20 hours per week

Within the supply chain, you support the device and spare parts storage to ensure internal and external customer information, correct deliveries and invoices as well as complaint processing.

THE INDISTINCT • You monitor the device and spare parts flows together with the storage team and the Supply Chain Management. • Together with the customer service, sales and finance, you will check whether the stock is well defined so that optimal customer satisfaction can be achieved. • You monitor and make sure that the material movements in the warehouse are performed correctly and that the storage order is maintained. • You are responsible for the ordering, storage and delivery of equipment and spare parts as well as the execution of inventory. • You participate in projects for spare parts and equipment deliveries and contribute to the continuous improvement process.

A completed vocational training in the commercial sector in the freight forwarding or industrial sectors or a comparable qualification. • Experience in an administrative and practical environment, e.g. supply chain, customer service, sales admin are helpful. • You have a good understanding of more complex processes in the field of logistics. • Customer-oriented thinking and acting is of course for you. • Basic knowledge of SAP and good Excel knowledge are a mandatory requirement. • You need very good German language skills every day in customer contact. Your English is so good that you can easily follow internal international communication. • The current job owner will take parental leave, so the job is limited until 28.02.2027.
