The Group “Konzern-IT Security” supports the employees of the entire DZ BANK group through demand-oriented IT security services. We strengthen the resilience against current threats and attack scenarios through security tests, training measures, risk-oriented IT audits and threats information. As Manager Security Testing (m/w/d), you are involved in the strategic development of our security testing activities – working closely with IT, information security and specialist areas. You plan and coordinate Security Tests incl. Penetration tests as well as Red and Purple team exercises. Using current Threat Intelligence, you identify potential threats as well as vulnerabilities, prepare your findings to address and present them to our stakeholders. You run security projects from conception to successful implementation and ensure compliance with time and budget requirements.

Successful IT degree (e.g. computer science, IT security) or comparable training with focus on IT security Multiannual professional practice in security testing, preferably in a complex business environment and supplemented with recognised certifications (CISSP, CEH, OSCP, PRINCE2) Knowledge of current security technologies, architectures and methods of attack Routinizes in dealing with Threat intelligence sources and risk assessment frameworks (e.g. CVSS or NIST) Very good German and English in word and writing
