For this client in the Großraum Mönchengladbach we are looking for you in a permanent position.

In this key role, you have the overall responsibility for the successful implementation of assigned international customer major projects, thereby bringing into line service orientation, economic thinking and technical expertise. Your tasks include planning and controlling the project budget in close cooperation with the sales department and building on a precise project planning that includes all relevant areas such as resources, technology, procurement and manufacturing. You keep the project costs in mind at any time, maintain a trusted relationship with your customers and conduct sovereign negotiations, for example in the context of change orders or appointments. In addition, you ensure compliance with all quality requirements as well as on-time delivery and contribute significantly to ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability of your projects. In doing so, you act as sovereign at management level, keep an overview under time pressure and make informed decisions that advance the project.

You ideally have completed engineering studies or a comparable qualification and bring a PMP certification or corresponding further training in the field of business management or project management with subsequent focus on technical or industrial areas such as special machinery or plant engineering. You will also be familiar with an international and pay-driven environment, so that we can expect knowledge of English and a pronounced KPI confession. Your outstanding communication and negotiation skills are just as well as your experience in project planning and your safe handling of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle as well as MS Office and MS Project. Last but not least, you will bring analytical, empirical and communicative skills as well as a quick understanding for your new team player dream job.
