Your tasks

You take responsibility for our welding and bring structure, quality and performance to the next level:

• You plan and tax your team in the area MIG / WIG / MAG
• You make sure that production targets are not only achieved, but optimized (quality, quantity, dates & costs)
• You are responsible for the work preparation and quality assurance of the welding processes
• You accompany the introduction of new products – especially in the field of laser welding
• You guide your team professionally and disciplinaryly and develop it further
• You keep processes and key figures in mind (SAP & PPS systems)
• You actively work in Shopfloor Management
• You drive the continuous improvement of your area

Your profile

You are no longer a novice – but someone who knows what he does and where he wants:

• Multiannual experience in sheet metal processing and welding (MIG / WIG / MAG)
• Master title in the metal sector (e.g. metal builder master or industrial master metal)
• A professional further training in the welding field (e.g. welding specialist, technician or engineer)
• Safe in handling MS Office, ideally SAP (e.g. SAP B1)
• You're packing, thinking with and taking responsibility
• You are a team player with independent working and high quality standards
