• Planning, organisation and coordination of appointments
• correspondence in the internal and external context
• Reception and hosting of guests
• Create offer, contract and presentation documents
• General tasks in office management e.g. travel cost accounting, correspondence and project controlling
• master data maintenance

Your profile that convinces:

• Training in commercial areas desirable
• First professional experience in assistance of advantage
• Organizational design and reliable and structured operation
• Secure handling of MS-Office
