As Junior Account Manager (m/w/d), you sell standard products, catalog solutions and add-ons to existing business customers and new customers (acquisition) as support for a (senior) account manager, later in a fixed distribution area. You ensure a high presence, effective support and binding to Vodafone in the respective area. You analyze the sales area and qualify customer contacts Analyze and acquire new customer potential and exploit the existing customer potential You reduce the churn rate. You carry out customer needs analysis, taking into account competitive conditions (price analyses, complementary requirements). You'll arrange events, carry out sales visits, start offerings, follow them, conclude contracts, cancel the success or failure, meet customers after completion and take care of customer recovery, partly with the support of (Senior) Account Manager and Sales Manager. You have first expertise in mobile and fixed networking.

What distinguishes you: Complete university studies or commercial training with professional experience as a minimum requirement. Possibly first experience in the distribution of telco or hardware/software/IT products, but also suitable for university graduates. Technical knowledge. Analytical and strategic thinking. Ability to work independently. Sales-oriented thinking and acting.
