You support our project teams in everyday life, for example in the organization of meetings, spatial planning or other administrative tasks, so that everything goes round at the construction site and office. You use common office tools such as text processing, presentation and spreadsheet programs to prepare reports, presentations and other documents according to your supervisor. You carry out first, technical tasks in the field of civil engineering and implement them step by step under technical instructions. You also take part in further tasks in your field of activity and grow gradually into your role in the project team. You independently support our digital external representation, in particular by creating social media content, and the development and use of AI-generated images and content.

General Higher Education (Abitur) or Fachhochschulreife with a good degree, ideally with a focus on mathematics and science subjects Interest in technical and construction related topics and motivation to take responsibility in projects Basic understanding of numbers and logical thinking, for example through performance courses or personal projects in the scientific or technical field Safe handling of digital media and common office applications (text processing, presentation software, spreadsheet) for processing tasks in everyday study and practice Structured and reliable operation and willingness to work into new tasks in the project environment of civil engineering
