Training as a brewer and maltster (m/f/d)

In its more than 625 years of tradition, the Allgäuer Brauhaus has become the leading brewery in its home region. In its administration in Kempten and its state-of-the-art brewery in Marktoberdorf-Leuterschach, around 160 employees work on the joint success of the regionally known Allgäuer Brauhaus Biere and regionally popular Allgäuer Büble Biere. You will get to know all areas of beer production, from brewhouse to bottling. It also includes your tasks to carry out quality controls in our laboratory. The use in a malting shop is also part of your training. On the one hand, you deal with modern, computer-assisted control systems, but on the other hand you also work handcrafted. In the bottling, you use the machines that clean, inspect, fill and label the bottles. In all production and filling steps, certainty, quality and hygiene are in the first place. In addition, the economical handling of resources and environmental protection has the highest priority.

Your schooling – you have the medium maturity or the (general) university maturity as well as good grades in the scientific subjects. Your personality – you are interested in technical processes and complex industrial plants. You also have an eye for order and cleanliness. Your know-how – you already have solid PC skills.
