Supporting internal colleagues through competent 2nd level support – both remotely and directly on site. Collection, classification and continuous maintenance of service requests and disruptions in the ITSM system – structured and comprehensible documented. Maintenance and updating of software and hardware to keep our IT infrastructure up to date. Management of user accounts and access rights in Microsoft Active Directory – of course in compliance with all applicable policies and standards. Solution-oriented work with access to a strong network of experienced IT and OT specialists: inside. Temporary operations in our administrative and production units allow you to change perspectives and direct contact with the users:inside on site.

Complete training in IT or comparable qualification Experience in IT support, ideally in 2nd level Secure handling of Microsoft Windows clients Knowledge of Microsoft Office and M365 (Teams, Sharepoint, OneDrive) Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure (AD/DNS/DHCP/Print) Customer and service orientation as well as open and friendly appearance Secure knowledge of German and English
