Various tasks They actively support employees and executives around the topics of occupational safety and hazardous materials, assess working conditions with regard to hazards and risks and develop work processes. Regular job visits are carried out by you with the executives. You will also analyse the causes of work accidents and develop preventive measures. They work closely with the security officers of the departments, other security experts of the BW networks, group-wide working groups and the occupational medical service. The introduction of a safety management system with certification according to DIN ISO 45001 is in your area. You are responsible for the work security software Quentic. In your function, you will report directly to the Executive Board. Convincing profile Training: You have a successfully completed technical study ideally of electrical engineering or a comparable qualification acquired by many years of professional experience. Experiences: They are ideally qualified for occupational safety (or willing to acquire qualification). Knowledge: You have knowledge of the legal basis of work protection. They also have a class B driver's license and show a high readiness to travel. Working methods: They are characterized by independent and predictive action as well as your high self-motivation. Their working style is structured, problem-solving and practical. Personality: They are powerful in your field, resilient as a person and can deal emphatically with various people. About the area The area of occupational safety ensures that all operational procedures comply with the applicable safety and health rules. This includes the continuous support of managers in creating and updating risk assessments to identify and minimize potential risks at an early stage. A further focus is on the implementation of regular quality controls in the form of construction sites as well as internal and external audits, together with the executives. These are used to review and optimise existing safety measures to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.
