Active cooperation in the building of the future is desired. The focus is on contact with customers and the further development of building management systems. In the function of the project manager (w/m/d), the independent project processing and project management of building management systems are carried out. The support of the projects takes place from A-Z, i.e. from the takeover from sales to acceptance with the contracting entities: inside and finally the transfer to the customers.

Your IMPACT: Control of complex projects in the field of building management systems from planning to acceptance and handover to customers: Regular monitoring of project progress Implementation of customer talks and participation in construction meetings Coordination of the various structures to meet the high quality standards of the customers: Creating design documents and designing complex MSR solutions in the team Responsible for project budgets and project schedules Management of all aspects, including resources, quality and risks

Your profile: Training in the field of electrical engineering with further training to the technician or master (w/m/d) or completed studies in electrical engineering, building system technology, supply technology, MSR technology or building automation/BMS Practical experience in project management available Good knowledge of VOB and contract, claim and change management Successful implementation of projects in building automation Technical knowledge (HKL) and experience in DDC/SPS programming Confidence with terms such as LON, BACnet, Modbus and KNX Very good knowledge of German and good English for work in an international environment Travel readiness within Germany and Class B driving licence required
