Social Pedagogue Outpatient Assistance (m/f/d)

Mission Leben is a non-profit company in the context of the deacon. Around 2,500 employees support in 40 facilities in Hesse and Rhineland-Palatinate people with care needs, with disabilities or in social emergencies as well as children and young people. The family assistance in the western Wetteraukreis is linked to the Waldfrieden Children's and Youth Assistance Centre in Butzbach, where we offer various offers: from stationary housing groups, inobservation, day groups and outpatient help to an encounter and own horses. Together with our diverse teams there are flexible and creative solutions for intensive work with the children and young people entrusted to us and their families.

Your future tasks

They become part of our team of outpatient help and accompany young people in the western part of the Wetteraukreis on their way to an independent life:

• Educational support and advice in everyday life
• support in self-employment, in school and professional perspectives, and in the establishment of an independent lifestyle
• Looking for work in the environment of young people and their families
• Crisis intervention and stabilization in stressful situations of life
• Cooperation with schools, training establishments, public authorities and other social partners

This will bring you

• A completed study of social education or social work or comparable university education in the field of pedagogy, education, social work etc.
• The ability to organize and arrange your work independently
• A driver's license as well as the willingness to use your vehicle for service (of course with cost refund)
• Interest in continuously developing, exchanging and reflecting your own work
