Operation, monitoring and optimization of modern CNC lathes and milling machines for producing high-precision components according to technical drawings Self-assembled and retrofitting of machines for different production orders Customized production of individual parts and small series in the required quality Conducting quality tests with regard to dimensional accuracy, surface quality and shape and position tolerances Detection and implementation of optimization potentials to increase quality and efficiency in the processing processes Maintenance and maintenance work to ensure high plant availability Close cooperation with the areas of quality assurance, work preparation and production Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and health rules

Completed training for machining mechanic (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), ideally focusing on turning or milling technology Multi-year professional experience in CNC machining Funded knowledge in handling Siemens controls, ideally Siemens 840D SL or Siemens ONE Embossed technical understanding and experience in handling complex workpieces Understanding manufacturing processes and their continuous optimization Self-employed, structured and responsible work Team skills, initiative and commitment Communication strength and joy in cooperation with different disciplines Willingness to work in the multi-layer system as well as for situational multi-working
