As Senior Finance Manager (m/w/d), you take a central role in the financial management and further development of our partner practices as well as team favorite pediatrician and our subsidiaries. Together with our founders, you develop sound analyses, forecasts and reporting that support our growth decisions. You work data-driven, introduce your own ideas and continuously develop our financial processes. At the same time, you are the central contact person for our financing banking partners and actively shape the economic development of our company.

Reporting: You continuously develop our KPI and management reporting and create resilient decision bases for our partner practices, team favorite pediatrician and our subsidiaries. Forecasting: You're planning forecasts, liquidity planning and scenario analysis, making future developments transparent and controllable at an early stage. Financing: You prepare financing models and financing applications, coordinate bank discussions and develop our cooperation with financing partners. Business Partnering: You support potential founders: in the knowledge learning process and with your financial expertise in business planning. Controlling: You analyze business performance indicators, identify optimization potentials and guide specific action recommendations. Further development: You actively contribute to the optimisation of our financial processes, systems and structures and support the annual accounts of our group of companies.

Experience: You have a completed economic studies or a comparable qualification as well as at least 3–5 years of professional experience in the finance, controlling or corporate finance environment. Analysis: Figures inspire you. You analyze complex relationships, identify potentials and derive sound recommendations for action. Project management: You control projects independently, work structured and bring topics reliably to completion. Communication strength: You are confident about internal and external contact persons:inside, you have ideal experience in exchange with banks or financing partners. Hands-on-Mentality: You work independently, think entrepreneurially and advance topics with pragmatism and self-initiative. Digitization: Excel as well as handling large amounts of data are part of everyday work for you. Ideally, you also have experience with BI, reporting or ERP systems.
