Senior Consultant (w/m/d)

As a specialist for occupational safety / SiFa (w/m/d) you will consult our customers in accordance with the Arbeitssicherheitsgesetz (ASiG) and DGUV Regulation 2. You analyse operational requirements, develop practical solutions and accompany companies in implementing effective occupational safety measures. Take responsibility for your customers, shape your work independently and make an active contribution to safety and health at work. We need your support for that!

Security consulting & support Own safety and consulting of our customers in accordance with the Safety Act (ASiG) and DGUV Regulation 2.

Implementation of operations and support in the creation, updating and implementation of risk assessments.

Advising managers and employees on work and health-related topics, in particular fire protection, first aid and operating instructions.

Development of practical measures and individual solutions for the continuous improvement of occupational health and safety.

Seminars, teachings & prevention concepts Planning, organisation and implementation of seminars, training and instruction on topics of occupational and health protection.

Support in the development and implementation of actions of behaviour and relationship prevention to promote safe and healthy working conditions.

Analysis of accidents, identification of possible causes of accidents and derivation of effective measures for the prevention of accidents.

Development of individual prevention and work protection concepts taking into account customer-specific requirements and the introduction of own ideas to further develop our consulting offer.

Customer and Project Management Own-sponsored support of a defined customer base as well as the establishment of long-term and trusted customer relationships.

Structured planning and coordination of customer appointments, projects and agreed work protection measures.

Close cooperation with interdisciplinary colleague from the occupational medicine and other internal specialist areas.

Documentation of consulting results, follow-up of agreed measures and ensuring high quality of care.

That's what you bring: A completed qualification as a specialist in occupational safety / safety in accordance with the applicable statutory and professional requirements.

ASiG and DGUV Regulation 2 have found expertise in occupational and health protection and safety management.

An independent, structured and responsible way of working, distinct organisational and communication skills and a secure handling of the common Microsoft Office applications.

Knowledge of German in word and writing on at least B2 level, a valid class B driver's license and willingness to use regional services.

This helps you to succeed faster: Practical experience in the safety management of customers of different industries and company sizes is advantageous.

In-depth knowledge in the areas of risk assessment, fire protection, first aid or operating instructions are desirable.

Experience in the planning and implementation of seminars, trainings or instruction is a plus.

Experience in the independent coordination of work protection projects as well as interest in the further development of counselling and prevention measures would help you get started.
