After intensive processing, you take over the billing of fees for a fixed group of employees including contract creation and certification. You are responsible for communication with social security institutions, financial and other authorities and are an employee in matters of labour, tax and social security law. You conduct the electronic personnel file. You process the shortages in the time economy system and maintain the data in the pay billing program. You can also create evaluations from the billing program.

You have completed commercial vocational training or have a qualification as a tax specialist or tax specialist and have extensive experience in the human resources sector as well as knowledge of labour, tax and social security law. Extensive experiences with Microsoft Office applications bring you along. Knowledge in the “PAISY” accounting program and the “ATOSS” schedule are desirable.
