Business Development Manager (m/w/d) Automotive

We are looking for you as a Business Development Manager (m/w/d) at Zwenkau. In this role, you identify new markets, applications and partnerships and transform technological trends into concrete business opportunities.

Recognize, develop and evaluate new market opportunities – in particular in the areas of Smart Glass, NEV China, FPC system integration and cross-industry Responsibility for selected OEM and Tier 1 customers including sales, forecast and margin responsibility Building, maintaining and expanding long-term partnerships at both technical and commercial level Control of complete customer projects – from offer to milestones to SOP and EOP Leadership of contract and price negotiations Close cooperation with R&D, engineering, controlling and production Active competition and market observation in Europe, Asia and North America

Technical training or studies (e.g. industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering) or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the automotive environment at OEM or Tier-1 Structured working and pronounced analytical skills Communication strength, sovereign appearance and negotiation security High self-initiative, resilience and pleasure in independent work Very good knowledge of German and English readiness to travel Routine dealing with MS-Office
