If the drill runs outside, everything has to be inside. You also keep an overview when several things change at the construction site and ensure that our nationwide drilling projects are implemented efficiently and solution-oriented. As an employee internal service (all genders), you are the central interface between external teams, suppliers and internal areas. You ensure that challenges are quickly identified and solved pragmatically. The following varied tasks await you: Operational support of drilling teams: organisation and coordination of construction site logistics (e.g. drilling water, materials, services) and ensuring the timely provision of resources for ongoing operation Communication and Interface Management: First contact for our external teams and reception, documentation and prioritization of problems and requirements in the field Problem-solving and escalation management: independent processing of disturbances and challenges during operation, structured forwarding and escalation of complex facts Administrative tasks: maintenance of operational and project data and preparation of evaluations and reports You are the representative of the dispatcher

Completed commercial or technical training (e.g. construction, logistics or a comparable discipline) Experience in the interior, in the disposition or in the construction site environment Embossed organizational ability and a structured and reliable operation High levels of communication and enforcement Solution-oriented thinking combined with loadability and resilience Safe handling of common office applications Your German knowledge is at least at the level of C1
