Otto Lehmann GmbH is a medium-sized company in Neutraubling. With more than 300 employees, we produce approx. 15 million construction items for the roof landscape. In addition, we operate the most modern and powerful refractory galvanizing plant in which both our own products and our customers are galvanized. In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a specialist in occupational safety (m/w/d) in full time.

These exciting tasks await you: Consultation and support of the employer in all matters of occupational safety First contact person for the topics of occupational safety and fire protection for the entire company (leaders, employees) and for customers and external partners Implementation of laws, regulations and administrative requirements in operational measures, as well as ensuring the follow-up of Voting with authorities, professional associations, associations and companies Monitoring the requirements of statutory tasks of the security specialist §6 ArbSchG Planning and implementation of the necessary rounds and inspections to monitor compliance with work, disaster and fire protection measures Implementation and documentation of safety instructions, broaching exercises and instruction-related training Creation and continuous updating of risk assessments Management of the documentation on accidents and occupational diseases, control of BG compensation, preparation of accident statistics Pre- and post-processing sessions of the Safety Committee (ASA)

Your impressive profile: Completed vocational training with additional training as a specialist for occupational safety or completed studies in safety technology or similar comparable qualifications Job experience desirable Very good knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, technical rules and standards self­employed working methods, communication strength and pronounced sense of responsibility
