Edit customer requests: With care, you process customer requests both in writing and by telephone. Order processing: You will take care of the order processing and the processing of transport and inventory topics. Coordination: You coordinate the interface between our clients and the warehouse, IT and transport management departments. Process improvement: From the first day, you will pack up your ideas and creativity, e.g. to improve the work processes. Reporting: You'll start reports and make sure everything goes according to plan.

Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. to the industrial businessman/wife or forwarding businessman/wife First experience in customer support, sales service or comparable Very good MS Office knowledge and basic knowledge in a commodity management system (e.g. SAP) German language skills and excellent English skills Self-working and communication strength
