In our Accounting Team, you will ensure that invoices, payments and accounting processes work smoothly. You will take care of the auditing, accounting and accounting of bills of receipt and ensure a smooth settlement in daily business

You carry out payment runs, secure payment in due time and plead the supplier master files

As a central contact person, you process our accounting mailboxes and are in close contact with internal and external contacts

You take the vote of customer refunds and payment service provider bills and ensure correct and transparent booking

Checking credit card and travel expenses is your responsibility as well as ensuring compliance with internal policies

You support accounting and monthly closing work and thus contribute to a reliable financial reporting

You have a successfully completed commercial training, ideally as a tax specialist:r, or a comparable qualification

You could already gain first practical experience in creditor accounting and want to further expand your knowledge

dealing with MS Office, especially Excel, is part of everyday work for you; Ideally, you have already gained experience with ERP systems.

You like to work in the team, convince by your reliability and value a service- and solution-oriented cooperation

You bring curiosity and self-initiative with you and enjoy actively shaping and continuously improving processes

You have fluent knowledge of German in word and writing; good Swedish or Norwegian skills are a plus
