You analyze and optimize end-to-end processes along international supply chains, focusing on Food & Non-Food. You are responsible for requirements management and specifying modern EDI and integration solutions (ORDERS, DESADV, INVOIC and others). You drive digital compliance processes (eInvoicing, EUDR) and ensure their technical implementation. You control implementations, co-ordinating stakeholders and ensure scalable, future-oriented process and data flows. You take challenging error analyses (2nd/3rd level) and ensure stable, high-quality data processing. You identify potentials for AI and automation technologies and bring new solutions to the organization in pilot projects.
You have completed a degree in Business Informatics, BWL or a comparable field. You have several years of experience in the EDI environment and a deep understanding of commercial news types (ORDERS, DESADV, INVOIC). You have good knowledge of eInvoicing standards (e.g. ZUGFeRD, XRechnung, Peppol) and international regulatory requirements. You have a very good understanding of the entire process chain from order to billing as well as its system and data dependencies. You are sure to analyze complex fault images and interface topics. You have a strategic way of thinking, a quick understanding and the ability to think beyond and actively drive innovations. You have knowledge of German and very good English.
