Together with the project management, you develop individual solutions around automation and visualization technology. Project conception & calculation: You analyse needs, evaluate feasibility and cost-effectiveness, create sound offers and accompany projects from idea to implementation. Teamplay & Trust Building: Your goal is not the quick conclusion, but a well-founded, honest consultation at eye level; with clear focus on long-term customer retention. Market view & further development: You recognize trends, identify potentials for existing customers and develop new business areas with a clear commitment to quality and sustainability.

Technical background - e.g. from automation technology, control technology, OT/IT, electrical engineering Experience in technical customer consulting, project management or sales-related roles Understanding business relationships & calculations Communication strength, curiosity and the ability to listen Structured, solution-oriented operation with self-responsibility Minor readiness to travel (approx. 10-20 %, mainly North Germany) Good knowledge of German, solid English
