Team leadership and further development with clear roles, goals and KPIs; cross-functional cooperation Medical Governance: final medical release of claims, IFU, training and MI content; Review of marketing materials in the MA/RA/Legal/QA process strategy and control of literature reviews and SOTA according to MDR/MDCG; PRISMA compliant methodology and defined update cycles SOTA-based content for CER/CEP, SSCP (Art. 32 MDR) and PMS/PMCF; Building Living-Literature-Surveillance and Knowledge Archive implementing and scaling digital and AI-based tools for quality, speed and efficiency enhancement; documented model evaluation, human-in-the-loop, data lineage, change control; Conformity with GDPR, GxP and EU AI Act Medical Information & Education: answering scientific questions; Standard Responses, FAQs and Training Safety contribution from MA-Sicht: clinical evaluation and signal interpretation in close cooperation with QA/RA; Vigilance messages and government communication remain at QA/RA External expertise: KOL networks and advisory boards; governance of Investigator-Initiated Studies at content level; no operational studies

Complete study of medicine, biotechnology, medical technology or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the scientific or regulatory environment, ideally in medical technology Ideally leadership experience in a comparable position Interest in digital innovations and experience in handling AI-based applications Safe handling of scientific literature research, data analysis and documentation Knowledge of regulatory requirements in medical devices Impressed communication and leadership with high team orientation Structured, analytical and result-oriented working methods Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
