Administrative and organisational support of the Regulatory Affairs Team Organisation and coordination of meetings Creation, processing and management of documents Verification and processing of documents for compliance with regulatory requirements Electronic submission of regulatory documents (pharmaceutical authorisations, extensions or change indications, technical documentation) Working with the compilation of approval dossiers and processing of change indicators Implementing research and maintenance of databases and electronic systems Maintenance, storage and archiving of regulatory documents

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Experience in Regulatory Affairs, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry, of advantage Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Structured, precise and responsible operation High level of care, initiative and solution orientation Impressed self-organisation and the ability to set priorities meaningfully Proactive operation and clear, binding communication High willingness to learn and the ability to unlock new tasks independently
