In this key position, you will ensure that thanks to your competent advice and consideration of structural requirements, your dream house is realized for the builders and an optimal construction design is ensured. In advance, you will fully familiarise yourself with your upcoming construction project using the sales documents and prepare possible equipment options. You shape your future home with the builders in terms of technology and design inside and outside and accompany them on the way to their Regnauer Vitalhaus. You combine shapes, colors, materials, technical requirements skillfully and create personal living spaces. You implement individual customer requests taking into account constructional and constructive feasibility. You are the responsible interface between sales and construction.

You have a degree in the construction sector or a further education on the construction technician (m/w/d), carpenter master (m/w/d) or carpenter master (m/w/d) with reference to customer advice and design. You have the ability to build trust, to inspire people, to maintain them individually and to adapt to different characters. You are interested in a job of construction technology, sales, design and economic aspects.
