The Human Resources Management and General Administration department is a service provider for the four LWL facilities. The focus of the human resources controller is on the development of a future-oriented planning and reporting system that enables modern and strategic management of our human resources.

In this context, we are looking for a team management (m/w/d). In this role, you decisively shape the conceptual further development of the personal controlling and actively shape the future control logic of the LWL facilities Marsberg.

Head: Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of currently two employees Control: Application and development of procedures to support operating management and budget managers in strategic and operational decisions Data preparation: preparation and analysis of personal economic relevant key figures for the preparation of regular reporting Cost planning: creation of personnel cost planning and implementation of bills and forecasts in close cooperation with economic controlling Reporting: Care, support and continuous development of the existing reporting system and the creation of budget documents for the personnel sector

Qualification: Complete study of economics, economics or a comparable qualification, ideally focusing on controlling/finance Professional experience: Multiannual professional experience in personal controlling, ideal in hospital controlling Expertise: Very good knowledge in personnel and personnel cost planning, in the budget and forecast process as well as in the handling of data and planning structures - ideally complemented by knowledge in TVöD, PPP-RL and Psych-VVG as well as their practical application Management competency: (First) Experience in team leadership, motivation and further development of employees and management of work processes Digital competence: Funded knowledge in SAP-HCM, ideally including the modules PA, PY, OM and personnel cost planning (PKP) and MS-Excel incl. VBA knowledge and ideally Qlik Personal Strengths: Analytical Thinking, Structured and Responsible Working, Communication, Cooperation and Conflict Solution
